The National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise is home to a rich community of animals - about 70 species of mammals, a total of 230 birds, 14 different species of reptiles, 12 amphibians, 15 fish, and more than 4,700 different insects. If you’re visiting the park in the right season, you can encounter the most symbolic animals of the park. Those include the Apennine chamois and the Marsican brown bear, but also deers, wolves, and the majestic golden eagle. Are you looking to discover great floristic biodiversity?
