The nature house, dates back to 1709 and was renovated in 2014. It is a spacious and cozy family house located on about 14 acres of private land so that peace and quiet is guaranteed. Silence, sun, moon and stars are keywords. The view from the house and the pool is incredibly beautiful. In the distance are mountains. There you can ski in the winter. The house is child-friendly (toys, gates). Everything is geared towards rest and relaxation. All necessary items for cooking and sleeping/bathing are provided. The house is furnished with love and is pleasant at any time of year. There is a large fireplace and plenty of wood. The pool is completely free so swimwear is not necessary. On the terrace, roof terrace, balcony, garden you can enjoy the sun but can also seek shade. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets. If desired, the most delicious dishes can be ordered from Cinzia, the neighbor. She cooks organic and brings it to your home.

The nature house is located between three national parks: the Gran Sasso, Majella and the National Park of Abruzzo. It is a natural area that fortunately has not yet been really discovered by tourists so even the walks in nature are quiet and peaceful. Beautiful flora and fauna. The atmosphere is medieval. The towns often have castles and towers. The mountains are always the entourage. The Gran Sasso is often compared to Tibet. It is possible to climb the Grande Corne. In winter, skiing is possible in the Gran Sasso. Cross-country skiing is possible and cycling or horseback riding. In the Majella beautiful walks can be made as well as in the National Park of Abruzzo. The sea, with ancient towns such as Ortona, is close by. Pescara, more modern, has museums and nightlife. Chieti is originally a Roman city with beautiful museums with remains from Roman times. Near the nature house it is possible to canoe down a river.
