We are Wim and Gertje, in 2016 we chose to convert an old farmhouse into an oasis of peace and beauty. In this way we created for us a paradise where we want you to enjoy the peace, beauty, the surprisingly versatile region, nature and beautiful walks, the sea, the purity and friendliness of the local people and so much more. This nature house (can be extended with our other ad for 6 pers.) consists of a cozy living room with kitchen. The two rooms have their own sanitary facilities (shower and toilet). You have access to an outdoor terrace. You have your own outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with gas stove, BBQ, fireplace, Paëlle pan, dining table, ... which can make the evenings extra cozy. The pool 8x4m is connected to a children's pool of 4x2m with a depth of 0.4. There is also a common laundry room with washing machine.

Our cottage is located in the village of Pinheiro which is part of the town of Mortagua in central Portugal. Mortagua itself offers you the possibility to do your daily shopping. Our house itself is oriented in such a way that in the morning you can have breakfast with the rising sun as well as in the evening enjoy the sunset on the terrace. You can escape from the sun through the offer of shady spots. If you feel like being active and cultural, the immediate surroundings of Pinheiro invite you to enjoy beautiful walks, cycling along the famous ecopista or kayaking on the river Mondego. Your cultural activities should definitely include a visit to the university city of Coimbra, the castle of Bussaco, Aveiro (Little Venice) followed by a beach walk in the picturesque Costa Nova, ...
