Our beautiful alpine pasture, which has been in the family since 1688, belongs to our farm. Our young cows and oxen are allowed to spend their time here from spring to autumn. Our alpine pasture is located 10 minutes by car from our farm. The hut may be entered by a maximum of 3 cars (you will receive the 3 stickers for permission from the Daxlberger family) in Kohlgrub 4. There is tested drinking water in the hut. Electricity is generated by an aggregate (costs are charged at the end according to consumption). In the hut there is a fully equipped kitchen, a small parlor, a large parlor, 5 bedrooms and a WC. Next to the hut there is a shower/WC and 2 outdoor showers with hot water. There is also a toilet car with 3 additional toilets (open from 19 persons). From 10 persons our sleeping car is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra charge.

The garden, which belongs to the alpine hut, is for your exclusive use. From our alpine hut you can undertake many mountain tours (e.g. Hochries, Feichteck, Karkopf, etc.) After about 30 minutes walk from the hut you can reach the Käser Alm, or Doagl Alm, both of which are managed. The Samerberg natural swimming pool is about 10 minutes by car from the Alm. The "Bavarian Sea" of the Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. The city of Rosenheim is about 20 km from the Alm. The city of Munich can be reached by car in about an hour.
