The small apartment with 50 square meters for 2 persons is located on the ground floor of our house. The apartment is ecologically restored and mostly equipped with underfloor heating. It is perfect for 2 people, but the pull-out sofa in the kitchen-living room can comfortably sleep 2 more people. Our property is located on the outskirts of Allersdorf and for hiking, climbing, cycling, the car can also be left behind. The apartment is equipped with fast internet and a TV (various media libraries). We are my friend Marcel, our 8 year old son Kurt and me. We settled in Allersdorf 8 years ago and haven't regretted it for a second. It is a beautiful village in a perfect location. The never-ending "building site" of the large property takes a lot of time and passion and is co-financed by the rental.

Our property is located on the outskirts of Allersdorf. Climbing, hiking, biking is possible directly from the front door and the car can stay. Shopping facilities in Gössweinstein 5 min by car. Nuremberg airport can be reached in 45 minutes. The nearest train station in Pegnitz is 24 minutes away. Thanks to the bus network, even our small village can be reached by public transport.
