The cottage is built in an old 'grange' and has many beautiful details, a mezzanine, (building is very spacious), stone walls, built with natural materials and equipped with all comforts (underfloor heating and wood stove, walk-in shower, nice spacious bedrooms and a fine living and dining kitchen. It is part of a petite hameau (small hamlet) with a converted tiny house and a house to be converted. Each house has its privacy, garden and views. It is fully furnished there is outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful weather and nature. Gouzon 15 minutes away is the nearest village with all amenities and some restaurants and a large Carrefour. If you like peace and quiet and nature but also outdoor activity then this is your place. Dog owners are welcome provided they have provisions (crate) to keep the dog inside acceptably.

Savaud is in an attractive walking and cycling area. This is the real old French countryside. Primal France. This also means an honest cuisine, menu touristique where you get top quality for little.
