From the covered porch (back) you look out over the meadows. There is opportunity for parking 2 cars at the house. The house has a very spacious living room with a sitting area and a dining area. It has central heating and a new kitchen, including the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher). There is good WIFI. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with a sofa bed and an extra table. Downstairs is of course also a toilet room (incl. washing machine). On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and the spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. The house lends itself to rest and enjoy the park birds and squirrels.

The house stands on the edge of the park, in the vicinity of Reutum, with the nature reserve the Reutummer Weust within walking distance. Up to 5 km away are villages such as rustic Vasse, cozy Tubbergen and the historic art town of Ootmarsum. From the park you can walk or cycle in different nature reserves. The Vasser grafveld and the Springendal are within 6km. A little further away are natural areas such as the Lutterzand and the Dinkel basin. There are all kinds of walks and bike rides through the scenic landscape with heaths, streams, (water) mills and panoramic views.
