The spacious apartment is located under the roof of our house on the 2nd floor. It measures 95 square meters and has a room with a double bed, a bright bathroom and a spacious eat-in kitchen. Two doors lead out onto the private loggia, which invites you to linger in summer and winter, protected from the wind. A pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space for two people. The "Alm" under the sloping roof, a mattress street lovingly framed in old wood, offers space for another four people (more suitable for children). Lovingly restored solid wood furniture, carpenter kitchens, solid wood floors, old wooden beams, sheep's wool carpets from regional weavers join hands and make the apartment cozy and modern. Old pictures are reminiscent of times gone by and the farmhouse is almost 100% self-sufficient. A free WLAN with 1 Gigabit allows you to work without any problems. With us you get the Königscard! Our former farmhouse is situated in a secluded, quiet location in a very beautiful landscape, the Illach valley and hamlet of Rudersau. Our vacation apartments include a well-kept, large garden with countless opportunities for free play, which will remind you of childhood days. Our spacious garden also includes a campfire site, a playground with swings and sandpit and country house, as well as the path to the meandering Illach stream and invites you to linger in nature. Sun loungers, parasols, playground equipment, pedal boat, three barbecues and campfire wood are available for use free of charge. Three deckchairs can be rented for a daily fee.
