Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom with large shower cubicle and separate toilet, self-sufficient electricity and water supply, 2 sleeping lofts for 2 adults and 2 children + seating/dining area that can be converted into a double bed in two easy steps, baby cot, electric underfloor heating + infrared panels, wood-burning stove. Infrastructure: On the estate we run the organic & fair trade department store Fairhandelshaus MERCADO MUNDIAL with the bistro café "Fair-Café" (vegan food), which houses our coffee roastery, the organic & fair trade consumer goods store with unpackaged department. "We have everything you need, and what we don't have, you don't need." We have a vegan sausage factory and a vegan patisserie.

Our property is located on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by woods and lakes, which are only a few steps away. We have chickens, ducks, geese and wild sheep as well as self-catering farming. It is 10 km to the North Sea, 3 m to the town, 5 km to Jever and 10 km to Wilhelmshaven. The bus stops in front of our property, the train station is 3 km away.
