Our two vacation homes with alpaca farm and sauna house are located at the foot of the Zwirenzel (701 m above sea level) in the countryside on the outskirts of the village. The high-quality furnished houses are equipped with **** premium and offer every comfort - in the middle of nature. We attach great importance to sustainability so that you can enjoy your vacation with a very small ecological footprint: - Electricity comes from our own PV system with storage - Heat comes from the neighbor's biogas plant - The sauna is heated with wood from our own forest - Eggs come from our own organic chickens and bread rolls from the organic bakery - You can charge your e-car at the WALL box at 20 cents per KW.

The Waldmünchen vacation region is located directly on the green border between Bavaria and Bohemia. Together with the Bohemian Forest, the Bavarian Forest forms the largest contiguous forest area in Europe. The border strip in particular, where people were excluded for 50 years, offers an Eldorado for every hiker and cyclist. We will be happy to help you plan your excursions. The Zillendorf train stop is 660 meters from your vacation resort. With the guest card, you can use the entire public transport network, including parts of the route to the Czech Republic.
