In the bedroom is a double bed, bed linen is included. In the bathroom, with washbasin and shower, there are towels and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate. In the large storage room, with sink and sink, is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Also in this storage room you can lock your (electric) bikes and recharge batteries. Outside is a spacious terrace with garden, garden furniture and a sunshade. There is parking space for 2 cars.

Walk or bike 4 km to the beautiful and old town of Delden, with good restaurants and terraces, nice stores and attractions, including museum farm Wendezoele. Or take a nice walk along the Umfassungsweg with the beautiful deck path. In nearby Bentelo (2 km) you will find a beautiful vineyard where regular wine tastings are organized. Weldam Estate near Diepenheim is 11 km away, here you can admire the numerous castles. Diepenheim is also the center of visual arts. Beautiful walking and cycling routes start from 200 meters from the cottage. Delden (4 km), Borne (9 km), Hengelo (10 km), Enschede (20 km) and Almelo (18 km) are within cycling distance. In the vicinity you can play golf, swimming, fishing, mountain biking, so there is something for everyone.
