The cottage has its own entrance, a separate bedroom with double box spring bed, a double box bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a living room with open kitchen, a shower/wc and a private terrace. This terrace is adjacent to a (shared) fenced garden with a beautiful walnut tree, which can also be used most of the time. The cottage includes bed, bath and table linen, cleaning, coffee and tea, wifi. Parking is available at the cottage.

The cottage is located in a beautiful green and quiet walking and cycling area between the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Veluwe. The LAW Grebbeliniepad runs along the B & B and the Termatenpad (13.5 km) starts next door. The place is a base for beautiful bike rides, but also for other types of recreation. For example, the beautiful historic city of Amersfoort and Dierenpark Amersfoort are 5 km away. The swimming pool and recreational lake Henschotermeer are also nearby. At 500 meters you can rent canoes and boats to explore the area by water. The Museum bunker is within walking distance. E-bikes can also be rented nearby. Next to the B&B is a teahouse with delicious coffee, tea and sandwiches and there is also a Tourist Transfer Point there.
