Our Zinipi is made from 100% wood (Holz100 from Thoma). Thanks to the glue and screw-free construction, we guarantee a unique feel-good climate. You sleep in a 1.60 m wide bed with a direct view of nature through the beautiful panoramic window. A small kitchen module, a coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge are at your disposal to prepare snacks or breakfast. Our Zinipi is equipped with its own bathroom incl. WC and shower. There is also a mobile hotplate.

The Zinipi is located on private land near Schönau in the middle of the Lower Bavarian countryside. There are various stores (hemp store, schnapps distillery, coffee roastery, etc.) as well as physiotherapy. The Voglsam adventure park is only 3 km away. Cycling tours can be started directly from the house.
