A cozy artist's cottage for 2 on our farm. Equipped with all conveniences, including a spacious bathroom and a vintage kitchen with Nespresso machine. The cottage has no separate bedroom, but the large double bed can be closed with curtains. Outside there is a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, adjacent to the fenced garden.The cottage is compact inside but spacious outside! Think of it as a large hotel room, but with a back door leading to a true outdoor paradise! A generous covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, dining table and lounge chairs. From the terrace you reach the private enclosed garden with LaFuma chairs, perfect for sprawling reading. A hammock, BBQ and fire pit are provided, not to mention a Jacuzzi! The bed measures 1.60 by 2.00 meters. There is a closet. The car can be parked inside in a private parking space next to the cottage. Your dog is also welcome!

Within walking distance of the lively and characteristic village of Monpazier. Surrounding the farm is our land, 25 hectares of forest and grass, with two springs, a small river (the Dropt) and a lake. The spring is accessible to fill bottles of drinking water. The small lake is a wonderful place to let the dog swim. We also swam in it ourselves but it is somewhat shallow and muddy. So plenty to explore.
