The houseboat is a luxurious and sustainably converted houseboat for 6 people. The living room, with large glass windows adjacent to the terrace, offers a fantastic view of the lake. The terrace is large and sunny, has a swimming ladder, lovely lounge sofas, sunbeds and shade cloths should the sun become too much. The houseboat offers a lot of privacy due to its ideal location and is easily accessible by car or (sailing) boat. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large garden with a private jetty, solar shower, vegetable garden and picnic table with a panoramic view of the Jan Durkspolder, part of the Alde Feanen National Park. In short, a place for discovering nature on and around the water, by (sailing) boat, by bike or on foot. A special place where you have time for each other, for lovely long evenings, good conversations or 'just' time for nothing at all.

Here you can taste everything Friesland has to offer! Water sports, beautiful walking and cycling routes, nature, silence and darkness. You can start or end the day with a refreshing dip in the water right from your own terrace or jetty. Experience nature in the Alde Feanen National Park by foot, bicycle, boat or SUP. Or through one of the informative excursions that are organized. Sailing (learning) can be done in front of the door, as well as going out with the 2 SUPs. In the garden there is room for a game of soccer, the possibility to harvest a zucchini or delicious herbs from your own garden, or to plop down on the lovely lounger in the shade of the reeds and trees. Fancy culture or a bite to eat out of doors? Drachten and Leeuwarden offer a lot and are about a 20-minute drive away.
