Your only neighbors will be the deer and you will see them from the living room! Relax while enjoying the calm and the view. You can also enjoy the private wood-fired sauna (wood and towels provided). Hikers will appreciate the immediate proximity to trails. Thez house is totally of grid and autonomous and work with solar pannels and 1 ton of battery which deliver enough power to run it and toi run small aplliances as well but not to charge a car. Water is pumped from a drill and hot water made with a propane heater.

The house is located at the top of a hill offering really nice 180° degrees country unobstructed views. Exposition is south/south-west. The first neighbour is located 200 m away. Behind the house, thousands of acres of forrest, with marked trails just out of the property. Around, fields and hills in front, and forrest at the back. Civilization (5000 inhabitants) is 5 km away. There are hundreds of hiking and biking trials around. THe main asset of the property is its views... You will judge !
