Our typical French house is located in the village of Préveranges, which is located in central France. The house, 486 m above sea level, has a beautiful view. The house itself has on the first floor a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a second fireplace. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and a single bed in the intermediate room, which can serve as a children's bed. There are two bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink. In the downstairs bathroom there is also a bathtub. There is also a checkroom where you can store coats and shoes. Around the house there is a spacious garden with a petanque field, 2 terraces and an ornamental pond. On one terrace you have a beautiful sunrise view over the entire region. The other terrace serves as a dining area. Behind the house you will find a large (games) room.

This region is a paradise for any nature lover, hiker, cyclist and other bon vivants. Winding paths, fantastic views, forests and rolling meadows dominate this region. The house is located on a hill overlooking dozens of kilometers and is therefore the ideal base for relaxation and de-stressing. At about ten kilometers you have two beautiful lakes, where you can stay in peace. Within walking distance you will find a viewpoint at an altitude of 504 meters, known as Le Magnoux. On a clear day, it is possible to see the Puy de Dôme, which is only 94 kilometers away as the crow flies.In addition to the beautiful nature, you will also find several weekly markets and flea markets.Large cities such as Chateauroux and Bourges can be found within an hour's drive. There you will find some great churches, basilicas and stores. Your dog is welcome in our house, as the garden is completely enclosed and your dog cannot escape.
