This residence is on a former military base, now known as Buitenplaats Koningsweg. Just steps away is entrance Schaarsbergen of Park de Hoge Veluwe. The residence is an ideal place for complete retreat in nature, but also a perfect base for hiking and mountain biking, cycling and horseback riding. The residence is equipped with all modern conveniences and spacious enough for 5 people, but also very suitable for a weekend away for two.It is a special - under architecture - designed house with spacious kitchen, comfortable seating area and large sliding doors giving access to the terrace. There are 5 sleeping places (l 200cm) including a double bed that offers wide views of the treetops and the starry sky. The sleeping quarters are openly connected by a grate. Please note that there is no supermarket around the corner. A few cups for the Nespresso machine are available for the first cup of coffee on arrival.

Buitenplaats Koningsweg is a wooded estate with a fascinating history. The buitenplaats borders Park de Hoge Veluwe and offers direct access to the Veluwezoom, the Deelerwoud and Planken Wambuis. At the Buitenplaats, since 2023, there are 10 special, architect-designed vacation homes. Sights within walking and/or cycling distance: National Park De Hoge Veluwe, Kröller Müller, Burgers' Zoo and the Open Air Museum. Cycling through the forest, you are within half an hour in the center of Arnhem.
