Casa Fantastica is an old farmhouse dating back to 1800 and renovated in 1937. It is located at 450 asl in a wonderful position for its panorama that sweeps from the plain of Lucca to the sea of Versilia. We have an olive grove with high production of organic extra virgin olive oil,fruit trees, a chestnut grove with production of porcini mushrooms. Strategic location to reach in a short time the main locations in Tuscany.Position exposed to the sun all day. The house divided into two apartments of about 60sqm each is surrounded by 23000 MT of fenced land.Both apartments have a large double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen.
