The farm , where the studio is attached, is located on 3.5 hectares of private land with horses and is located in a rural environment where agricultural work is still full. Just outside the village of Ureterp the farm is located under the smoke of Drachten, 2km from A7 ( 5km Drachten and Beetsterzwaag/ 35 km from Groningen, in the middle of the Frisian Wouden area. The yard is not child safe and therefore not suitable for babies and children. There are agricultural machines, deep water cellars and a dung heap. The land is fenced off with electric fencing and ditches. We would like to help you with ideas of where to go, from stork colony, via golf courses and restaurants to museums, walks and cycling tours. 2 bicycles are available for free.
