This nature house is a spacious vacation home located on the edge of a forest a few hundred meters from the Meuse River. On a fenced plot of 1000m2, amidst some other houses, is the main house of 85 m2, with two bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen and a large living room with wood stove. In a chalet in the garden there is a third bedroom, equipped with its own toilet (but no shower and tap). The garden is partly at the front of the house, where there is also space for three to four cars, and partly at the back. There is also a large terrace and a barbecue. From the garden you have a view of the wooded hills that form the backdrop of this nature house Right in front of the house there are hiking and biking trails. The French town of Givet, with supermarkets and other stores and the necessary catering facilities, is 4 kilometers away.

The southernmost tip of the Belgian Meuse Valley is bathed in natural beauty. Along the green hills and imposing (climbing) rocks rising up beside the river run numerous hiking and biking trails. The plateaus above the river guarantee spectacular vistas. The small rivers that flow left and right into the Meuse - such as the Lesse, the Molignée and the Hermeton - in turn also form beautiful valleys full of wild nature, castles and quiet, but beautiful hamlets. Mass tourism does not go beyond the cozy Dinant. Below that, tranquility reigns. Hastière - where this cottage is located, 15 kilometers south of Dinant - is the last Belgian municipality before the border with France and is the gateway to the French Ardennes. That region is known for its dense forests full of wildlife. In short: those looking for peace and nature are in the right place.
