The casa is a typical Tuscan house located in a private reserve in the green hills of Civitella in Val di Chiana. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big openspace where the kitchen and the living room are located. A large fireplace and the new biological heating system ensure a warm temperature even during the winter months, while outside there is a private swimming pool with a panoramic view of the Tuscan hills, a hot tub with thermal temperature and a BBQ. Everything is for your exclusive use in order to make you relax and ensure you that silence and peace that only Tuscany can give. Upon request and subject to availability, we can organize for you tuscan cooking lessons, lunch or/and dinner with private chef and vists to local wine cellars.

You will be fully surrounded by nature. From the house it is possible to reach by car the main Tuscan cities such as Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
