Here you will find vast sandy plains where you can enjoy hiking, biking or horseback riding. Go out early in the morning or late in the afternoon to spot wildlife. With a little luck you can see deer, birds and maybe even squirrels in their natural habitat. Bring your swimsuit because by bike you can be at the Veluwe Lake in 15 minutes. Go boating, sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, supping or canoeing, it's all possible here! You can go in every direction from the Boshuis. Take a day trip to the artist village of Nunspeet, the cozy Vierhouten or stroll along the boulevard in Hanseatic Harderwijk. A visit to the historic town of Elburg should certainly not be missing from your stay at the Boshuis either.
