This nature house is a spacious studio behind the landlord's house, with a fully enclosed garden with lots of privacy. You access the studio via a private path, where you can park your car. The studio is 50 m2 and ground floor, recently renovated, fully equipped and very comfortable. In addition to the cozy living room with French doors to the garden, there is a spacious kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Everything in the bedroom is new, from Queens bed to bedding. The comforter is 100% down, the kapok pillow and the bedding 100% cotton. There is a spacious and bright bathroom with large walk-in shower, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a toilet and a washing machine. The terrace has a table with 3 chairs, a 2-person lounger, a parasol, 3 lazy chairs with garden fireplace and there is a (ceramic) bbq. Peace, privacy and comfort are the basis of your stay!

The Duinstudio is in a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet begins at the traffic circle to Bergen aan Zee and this road (N511) winds along the dunes from Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. Also here begins the Zeeweg (N510) to the beach or you go via the special and tree-lined Eeuwigelaan towards the cozy Bergen, the beautiful Schoorl, Groet, Camperduin and Hargen aan Zee.At the edge of the center, where the meadow area towards the Egmonden begins, the studio is located on a quiet residential area with several houses and summer houses.The private garden is an oasis of bamboo, it rustles gently in the wind. You will also hear many birds singing here, often early in the morning as the sun rises. A great location, at the foot of the dunes, towards the various beaches, the vast dune reserve and in the 'backyard' the beautiful meadow area! As a nature lover, you can find plenty to enjoy here!
