This nature house is a lovely semi-detached one bedroom cottage for up to two guests. The spacious sitting room has a luxurious purple velvet sofa, coffee table and cocktail cabinet, complete with Bluetooth turntable for streaming your own music. The cottage has an air-source heat pump so you can be cool on those hot summer days. There's a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with chairs inside whilst outside there is a spacious patio with table and chairs and an umbrella. The views over the fields and woods beyond guarantee peace, calm and tranquillity. Upstairs there is a mezzanine bedroom with a king-size bed plus electric shutters for when you want to sleep. There is a spacious car park, away from the cottages, and an electric vehicle charging point to visitors. Guests are also welcome to gather ripe vegetables and herbs from our raised beds and polytunnel and share the eggs from our four, free-range chickens. Our swimming pool is open from June to September from 8am to 9pm.

This nature house is part of our hamlet of six cottages, in the beautiful rolling countryside of the southern Charente. Situated on a ridge overlooking a green valley and surrounded by woodland, this nature house is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The nearest main road is at least 500m away meaning there is virtually no noise from what little traffic passes by. Our nearest neighbours are a similar distance away meaning this really is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The nearest town is Montmoreau, 13 km away, which has a supermarket, tabac and several restaurants and bars. One of France's most beautiful villages, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, is only 15km away and has a lovely sandy beach on a bend in the river, as well as a lovely square surrounded by bars and restaurants. Just 23km away is the market town of Riberac with the largest weekly market in the area every Friday, selling local produce and gifts. There are many lovely walks nearby as well as swimming lakes and rivers.
