In the Dordogne valley, surrounded by castles and picturesque authentic towns and beautiful views, almost on the banks of the Dordogne River, is our spacious apartment. Your stay (1st floor) is separate from our maison de maître, built circa 1850.It has been completely renovated; new kitchen and bathroom. Together with our possible other guests you can use our spacious pool (10x5), walk through the Avenue of Love or enjoy a glass of wine in our ancient park garden under imposing trees. Biking, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, ballooning, or visit the prehistoric caves of Les Eyzies. All just a stone's throw away. Why cook for yourself in the evenings when there are numerous very affordable restaurants within a few kilometers drive.If you wish, we can take care of your breakfast on weekends! Dordogne; land of 1001 castles. The Dordogne is for many an ideal destination because of the mix of nature, culture, history and gastronomy. The nice towns and villages (the beautiful Sarlat-la-Canéda), beautiful castles (Chateau de Castelnaud), prehistoric caves. A very varied vacation area. "Living like a god in France" must have been invented by someone from this region!
