This house, surrounded by a spacious garden, is located on a cul-de-sac, closed with a barrier. It is located in a privileged and special place, namely directly adjacent to the nature reserve De Kuilen with a view from the terrace on the small lake of De Kuilen. There is a large living room with fireplace, an open kitchen, with three doors opening onto the terrace and 5 bedrooms, two with two beds together, one with 2 twin beds, one with bunk beds and one upstairs with three beds. And two bathrooms and two toilets. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The house lends itself well to lazing on the terrace or in the garden, enjoying the view of pond and birds, musing by the fireplace and playing board games. Toys, puzzles and books are in the house. And 5 bicycles, a table tennis table in the barn and a trampoline in the garden. Bed linen and towels etc. can unfortunately not be provided

The house is located in the North Peel on the foothills along the Meuse River. The area is great for hiking (download the app from Wandelnet and you can type in any route you want) cycling and swimming in the large natural lake of De Kuilen (walking distance 7 minutes). With that swimming water nearby, you don't have to go farther away in the summer. The small pond you overlook is for the birds. The area is managed by Natuurmonumenten. Shopping can be done in the village of Mill about 3 km. with an AH, a Jumbo and an Aldi. On Wednesday there is a market. A golf course (Het rijk van Nijmegen) is 30 minutes away.
