Small cottage without electricity, with outdoor toilet and outdoor shower located in a forest scrub with boat access. The cottage has 5 beds with linens and towels. There are 2 more beds for rent in the guest house on the plot. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven and fridge freezer, powered by LPG tubes. There is a basic set of cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots and pans, as well as spices and detergent. Fresh water is pumped from a dug well that you use in the kitchen and is excellent for drinking. The cottage has an open floor plan with privacy for the sleeping areas. 1 double bed with room for a baby crib, 1 bunk bed and a single bed in the main house. Large dining table for 8 and high chair. The cottage has a terrace with sun deck, lounge furniture and breakfast area. The cottage has a furnished porch under the roof with screens. There is an outdoor grill, don't forget to buy charcoal. In the cottage there are 2 wood stoves, wood is provided. Outdoor toilet with sink and water bucket. Simple outdoor shower in a secluded spot or take a dip in the lake. Dogs are allowed.

The place is a paradise if you like silence and proximity to nature. You can roam freely in the forest and pick lingonberries, blueberries, raspberries and mushrooms. The forest is also home to foxes, deer, elk and beavers. There are many hiking trails and lakes. Since the forest and its surroundings are a nature reserve, it is important to follow the rules. Lake Sörgryten is 200 meters away and my boat is located there, where you can swim well. The jetty is private and only the boat is moored there. It is possible to fish in Lake Sörgryten, other lakes require a fishing license. You will need a car to get to the cottage. The nearest town is Mullhyttan where you can get groceries, pizzeria, cafe and flea market are also there. The nearest town is Fjugesta 20 km where there are stores, gas stations and more. Örebro, the nearest big city, is a 45-minute drive away.
