The house is located in a small hamlet of a few houses at the end of a dead-end road. It is a small single-story villa surrounded by 1500 m2 of land, a terrace and has two bedrooms a large living-dining room, a modern open kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. You will find everything else you need for a homely atmosphere. The area is very quiet with no road noise and the hamlet is surrounded by nature. Parking in front of the door. For a large part of the year, people eat in the garden and have drinks on the terrace in the evening with a view of orange to blood red sunsets reflected against the massive rocks of the Glandas at 2000 meters. In short, an exquisite way to be in a beautiful vacation spot and still feel completely at home!!!

Southeastern France. The département of the Drôme. A small village three kilometers from the town of Die (5000 inhabitants, all kinds of stores and a hospital, cinema and even a theater). At the foot of the Vercors massif and within the Parc Naturel du Vercors, a nature reserve of mountains, forests and streams of some 205,000 hectares. Opportunities for plenty of sporting activities. Canoeing/kayaking, rock climbing (300 meters away there is a climbing area with over 100 climbing routes), canoying, paragliding, horseback riding, cycling and especially mountain hiking (starting from the front door of the house ...). Nearby major cities are Valence (80 km), Gap (96 km) and Grenoble (102 km).
