The studio was built in 2022 and is located in a former gardener's shed. There is a "living area" with dining area, lazy sofa, closet with smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed (160m wide) and closet. A bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a spacious storage room. You have a private terrace/garden and are five steps from the (communal) heated swimming pool. Private parking, electric car charging station, fast Wifi. ENERGY: ENERGY COSTS Given the developments in the energy market, we are forced to calculate energy costs separately based on consumption from September 2022. Depending on weather conditions and usage, these costs amount to approximately € 7.50 per 24 hours.

We live in an outlying area of Venlo, in the immediate vicinity of beautiful cycling and walking routes, both in northern Limburg as well as in Germany. Also worthwhile: castle gardens (Arcen), botanical gardens (Tegelen), monastery village (Steyl), a trip along the Meuse. Northern Limburg has three National Parks: National Park De Maasduinen, National Park De Groote Peel and Grenspark Limburg.
