These forest areas were last year voted one of the most beautiful mountain bike routes in the Netherlands. You can enjoy challenging single tracks or the extensive forest trails. From the bungalow you can cycle along quiet back roads, free cycle paths and beautiful lanes to the castle village of Vorden. The nearby Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are definitely worth a visit. The pool de Beemd 600 meters away is a household name in Lochem and surroundings and offers numerous recreational opportunities.
