Our Nature house is a barrel house, completely made of wood, surrounded by apple and other fruit trees. It is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm, a small shelf, a cupboard and a small bathroom with shower/WC. The water comes from our own wells and we also generate our own electricity. There is a terrace in front of the cottage with a table, chairs and a parasol. In a separate, open room around the corner there is a kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stove with oven, fridge and microwave for your exclusive use. Of course there is also a dining table with 2 chairs, sufficient crockery and cutlery, as well as a coffee machine. A washing machine and a Weber gas barbecue are also available. The pool (salt electrolysis) is only a few steps away and there are also several seating and sunbathing areas.

Our 8000m² property is completely fenced, the access is secured by an electric sliding gate. We are located on the edge of the Tepilora Park, where there are wonderful hiking opportunities. It is also a challenging area for daily excursions for motorcyclists and/or cyclists. The small village of Sant' Anna is about 3 km away. There are no stores here, but 2 bars and the possibility to buy cigarettes. There is also a restaurant of the same name with very good cuisine. You can also order food in advance (20 minutes) and eat on your own terrace. The next larger town is Siniscola, located at the foot of the Sant'Anna Pass, where you will find several supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants.
