Detached garden house (85m2) in beautiful Bergen NH with beautiful view over meadow. Perfect for couples and families with children, dogs are welcome. 15 minutes by bike from the beach, 10 minutes from the city center and half an hour by car from Amsterdam. The cottage is mainly made of old building materials which gives it a characteristic atmosphere. Living room is high with beautiful views, a loft with a steep staircase ( not suitable for seniors and small children) gives space for a double bed. Furthermore, a master bedroom with bathroom en suite. A smaller room with a bunk bed and 1 separate bed is ideal for children and not too big people (beds are 1.85 long). Nice large bathroom, washer, dryer.

Beautiful view across the meadows towards Alkmaar. The Bergerweg, access road from Alkmaar to Bergen, is visible at the end of the meadows. We live in the main house, on the same property. This part of Bergen is known as an outlying area and is thus one of the quiet places in the otherwise beautiful, trendy and attractive Bergen. Fortunately, we have a small organic store ( Eric's country store) next to our house where most delicious seasonal and local produce is for sale.
