The nature house is a ground floor detached vacation bungalow, on a small and quiet park called 'De Zandschuyt'. The stone bungalow has a parking space and around a spacious garden of more than 350m2 giving you a lot of privacy. Several terraces with flower borders, grass, and unobstructed views over the bulb fields. For the children there is a playground with some play equipment. The vacation bungalow is compact but feels spacious due to the high ceiling with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The living area has a leather 2.5-seater sofa, an armchair and four-person dining table. The sliding doors give you access to a south-facing terrace equipped with furniture, great for breakfast and lunch in the sun. can also use 2 tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands.

The Noordhollands Duinreservaat stretches from Wijk aan Zee to the Schoorl Dunes and is 2.5km wide. From your location you can make many walking and cycling trips. The castle ruins and castle chapel of Egmond aan den Hoef are within walking distance. 4.6km south lies the quiet village of Egmond-Binnen with its impressive Abbey and beautiful bike paths through the dunes. The bustling Egmond aan Zee is only 3km away. The quiet sandy beach of Wimmenum, very charming artist village of Bergen (N-H) and Bergen aan Zee are easily reached by bicycle through the dunes, woods and/or polder. Through the green polder you can cycle to Alkmaar with its cheese market and picturesque canals.
