Up in the Netherlands, near the Wadden coast you will find this sustainable and energy neutral Tiny house. The cottage is suitable for 2 persons and offers a lot of privacy. It has a lovely view and is fully equipped. Towels, bedding, shower products, cooking utensils.... everything you need is there! Tiny house is cozy, furnished with love and attention to detail. It is made entirely of wood and has a living area of 30m². We do not serve breakfast. Pets are not allowed. Parking is free and the bus from Winsum station stops in our street. Hornhuizen is a remote place and has no beach. Here you come to relax and to unwind.

Hornhuizen is a village in the province of Groningen and was founded in the 10th century on a levee. It has about 200 inhabitants. In the middle of the village is a 19th-century church. This is the replacement for the church that went up in flames in 1247. The brightly colored tower served at the time as a beacon for shipping on the Wadden Sea. Tammingaborg once stood near the village. This borg was built in the 14th century and was inhabited by noble families. Tiny house overlooks the lands where the borg stood, which unfortunately was demolished in the 19th century. In the vicinity you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips. Bicycles can be rented from us. Enjoy the landscape and the skies, the peace and quiet and the space!
