The outbuilding consists of a room "return from fishing" on the ground floor (cleaning table for shellfish etc.) and a toilet. On the first floor, there is a complete studio for 2 people, with a small living room, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a shower room. A table football will delight children and teenagers. A private petanque court adjoins the house.
