The cottage is located in a large, beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The 2nd bedroom with a double bed is on the second floor. The vacation home has a private terrace with garden furniture. There is ample parking for your car. Bicycles can be placed in the barn, where there is also a charging point for electric bicycles.

In the vicinity of this vacation home are several wooded nature reserves and you can admire dolmens. The Mepperdennen nature reserve, on the outskirts of the village, is nearby. In the authentic village of Meppen, with beautiful thatched farmhouses, there are also several restaurants and a bus stop. Also enjoy the Drenthe conviviality in the picturesque villages of Oud-Aalden, Zweeloo, Wezup, Benneveld and Gees. These quiet surroundings are perfect for wonderful walks and cycling tours. There are several routes plotted. For a day of shopping you can go to Emmen (15 km.), Assen (35 km.) or Groningen located 50 km away.
