This nature house is a very spacious vacation home for up to 8 adults 2 km from the center of Noiseux and 8 km from Durbuy.The living area consists of a spacious lounge with dining table and part véranda with table soccer and a beautiful view of the region and access to the terrace with BBQ. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi oven and ceramic hob.On the spacious open mezzanine you have a sofa bed for 2 persons.On the first floor, ground floor with the garden are three bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms with shower and double washbasin.

The garden is enclosed and accessible through the living room and bedrooms downstairs. The garage is available for storing bicycles, etc. The house is located in a quiet residential area and a few family tenants are therefore allowed. At the first complaint of night noise, the rental will be stopped.This property is not rented to groups of young people because of its quietness.The organization of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited.Reservations for groups or parties of people under 30 years are not allowed.The installation of speakers, the use of megaphones and the playing of amplified music is strictly prohibited in this accommodation.
