In the beautiful wooded Dordogne, this century-old house stands at the top of the hill, with magnificent views of fields and forests. At the bottom of the hill, about 50 meters down , the river Isle flows. The house is mostly silent because of the thick stone walls, sounds from outside do not come through. The master bedroom has a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or watch the stars at night. In front of the house is a large terrace. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the large living room with dining table and chairs around the fireplace, the bathroom, a separate toilet and the master bedroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a large free space. There is also a bar bed for the little ones. There is a garden with furniture to sit and a barn with ping pong table. There are children's bikes and games available. We live on the farm close by with our 5 daughters and have a dairy farm. Guests are allowed to look around here!

The Dordogne is a vacation paradise. Hiking, swimming, cycling, the many picturesque villages with markets, castles, and especially the green nature make it an unforgettable vacation. At night enjoy the clear starry sky and the owls and the nightingale. Wake up to the birds in the woods around, in short, enjoy nature and unwind!
