The 1916 white house is located at the end of a rural road on the edge of Bunthorst & Grote Slink estate. The estate belongs to Brabants Landschap and is a protected nature reserve. Stately old beeches and American oaks at the back of the house give a sheltered feeling. The large garden and the house face south, so full sun. On the other side you can walk straight into the forest for a walk in the woods, a run or a bike ride. It is a semi-detached house. The elderly neighbors are friendly and quiet. Because of two sheds and a large hedge, the gardens are completely separated and you have a lot of privacy. Layout On the ground floor is the new kitchen and is equipped with all comforts. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room with wood stove and a dining room on the forest side. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms. The bathroom is new, including bathtub and separate shower. A crib is available. Stove wood can be added for €30.

In the garden is a large black shed where you can eat under the canopy in the evening sun. The shed is not otherwise used. There is a soccer field with goals and a trampoline. At the end of the garden, adjacent to the meadow is a magnificent evening sun terrace overlooking the meadows and moors. There are beautiful walks in the area where a visit to Bronlaak; "former country house the Great Slink" is worthwhile because of the woods that were created by the landscape architect Leonard Springer. Bikes can also come along because it lies on the ANWB node route. Horseback riding and mountain biking nearby is also possible. In the village of de Rips, 1 km away, is restaurant/snackbar "De Viersprong". There is a Spar in Oploo (5km). In Deurne (12km) are several supermarkets and stores.Remember that the cottage is located in nature and nature also sometimes enters the cottage. So you may encounter a ladybug, spider or beetle.
