A wonderful place in Suawoude, Suwâld on his Frisian, rich in peace, energy and nature. Between the nature reserves Eernewoude, where the bald eagle breeds, the Grote Wielen and Groene ster. Within cycling distance of the cultural capital Leeuwarden. Our group accommodation is simple, idyllic and rustic. We like to offer peace and quiet and space for larger families. This nature house is an old farmhouse built in 1903. We would like to open up the barn, hayloft, animal barn and land. We love to let you enjoy our beautiful place with us. If the youth likes it, they can help with the animals or in the vegetable garden. In the farmhouse there is a group room with sleeping area in the former hayloft. A simple kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. Please bring your own towels, the beds are already made. Sustainability is very important to us.

This nature house is a unique place in rural Suwâld. On the grounds is a large swimming pond with island where you can sail around with the sailboat and rowing boat. The swimming pond is filtered with a natural reed filter. In the evening it is lovely by the campfire. In the woods beyond the rose path is a hidden St Martin's chapel. We have 3 bikes free to use to explore the area and go-karts for the youth. The animals, chickens, rabbits, Goofert and Aya the goats, Obie the pig, Poekie the cat and Yara the dog are all around. The kingfisher regularly appears at the swimming pond and every spring you can swim among the ducklings. We live within cycling distance of Eernewoude where you can rent boats in search of the osprey that breeds there every year.
