The luxury hiker's hut, equipped with all the comforts. It has a small kitchenette with 2 burner electric stove, kettle, microwave, oven and coffee maker. The two single beds are made up. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower (for each person there is 1 large and 1 small towel and a washcloth). There is also a dining table with 2 chairs and after a walk you can relax in the easy chairs and watch TV. In the cottage is also Wifi. Around the Trekkershut is much private. Cozy sitting on the terrace and watching the Walibi's.

The Trekkershut is situated between the Laurabossen and the cross-border park "Kempen Broek". A wonderful starting point for cycling and walking. Thus, the cabin is located on 2 LAWs, namely the Grenslandpad and Pelgrimspad. For shorter walks there is, among other things, the Bollejanroute in Altweerterheide, various landscaped hiking trails around "the Iron Man". The drive to Belgium or Germany is also quickly made. Within walking distance there is also a golf course. Here you can play golf or enjoy a drink or a snack on the terrace. There is also a possibility to eat here.
