This Eifel-style farmhouse dates back to 1840 and was converted into a spacious, cozy and comfortable nature house. You will stay in the very spacious upper living area of the farmhouse which is equipped with all modern comforts. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Behind the nature house is a large fenced garden with playground equipment. From the house and the two terraces you have an unobstructed view of the woods and meadows where deer regularly come to graze. There is always only one company staying in the house so your privacy is guaranteed (single rental). Several walking and cycling routes directly to the house. Ideal for families or friends who appreciate space, tranquility and nature. Note: Due to the historic character of the house, there are steps and stairs to take into account, therefore not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. Dogs are not allowed. With 4p? This characteristic nature house is located near the Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany tri-border point in the Belgian Eifel/ Ardennes The quiet and beautiful location on the outskirts of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills. This southern part of Nature Park High Fens in German-speaking eastern Belgium is still spared from mass tourism. It is an ideal starting point for all conceivable outdoor activities. It is less than a 10-minute drive to neighboring Luxembourg and Germany. In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential! At the nature house it is possible to charge your electric car. In addition, you will find three fast charging stations within 10km. Welcome to eastern Belgium!
