Countryside eco-house with stunning views of the national park mountains and only 15 minutes to the beach. It is in a small, rural urbanisation just outside a little village, situated 30 minutes north of Valencia city. The house is fully equipped and recently renovated, and is within a completely fenced-in, large plot of land surrounded by orange and olive groves. There is a separate outside hut which has a large fire chimney, ideal for BBQ's or paellas, a pizza oven and basic kitchen area. The house is very clean, light and spacious inside and includes a large, covered outdoor terrace. It was renovated in 2018 as an eco-home that is completely off-the-grid (please note how this affects the use of the house in the final section). The land is is large and has several, different areas. There are many fruit trees including almonds, figs, lemons, limes, grapes and apricots, The house has no immediate neighbours, so no-one looks onto the plot and there are uninterrupted views
Nature and surroundings
The house is surrounded by nature, and walks or bike trails are abundant, including treks to the beautiful Garbi peak of the Sierra Calderona. The nearest village, Estivella, is small but has all basic amenities: restaurants, cafes, a local supermarket, local hospital, pharmacy, bakers, hairdressers... The nearest beaches are Canet de berenguer or Puerto Sagunto, which are a 15-20 min drive. The surrounding area has many beautiful sights for culture and nature, my favourite being the castle in Sagunto: 25 min drive, the Garbi peak of the Sierra Calderona: 15 min drive, the natural hot springs of the river Montanejos: 50 min drive, the virgin beaches of Sierra d'Irta: 1hr20 min drive, and the underground caves of the river Sant Josep: 30 min drive.
