Eroded limestone forms great cauldrons in Hautes-Pyrénées, such as at Troumouse or Gavernie, while erratic volcanic formations stand out in black against the blue sky in the west of the park. The cirque of Troumouse

Located in the south of Hautes-Pyrénées is the boiler room of Troumouse. Are you looking for a holiday home in the mountains? Visit this exceptional cirque. Located about 2100 meters above sea level is the glacier valley of Troumouse. This valley is surrounded by high mountain walls, which are up to 4 kilometers wide. Visit this special place by car via Héas and then with a beautiful walk of about half an hour the viewpoint of the Virgin to visit.

Nature reserve Le Néouville

Located in the mountains of Hautes-Pyrénées is the nature reserve Le Néouville. This rugged and preserved area is only accessible to hikers. Climb among others the highest peak of this reserve, namely the Long Peak, which is located at 3192 meters above sea level. You can also enjoy the water at one of the many mountain lakes.
