Close to 2 large nature reserves is this nature house, an old water mill on the edge of a small village. The B&B has 4 bedrooms, a large living kitchen where dinners and breakfasts are served. In fine weather we eat under the canopy at long tables. There is also a living room for guests. The mill is surrounded by water, a small stream, a lake with waterfall and a large garden with orchard. You can park on the property.

The house is surrounded by 2 nature reserves, lakes everywhere, and small picturesque villages. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Le Mans, Belleme and Alençon. But also La Perriere, elected as one of the most beautiful villages of France. Through beautiful country roads you can also get out to the Alpes Manchelles with beautiful rivers, rock formations, cute villages and forests.
