Welcome to the vacation home. You have a beautiful view here and here you will completely relax. In the house there are 2 houses, which are connected. The houses are equipped for up to 8 people. The apartments are only rented together. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped apartment with kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom, this apartment is 30m2. The other apartment is located on the second floor and is equipped with kitchen, living and dining area and bathroom. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms and bathroom.

The vacation home is located in a small town at 1200 meters altitude and 2km away from the mountain village of Jerzens. You can reach the village of Jerzens in 3 car minutes. There you will find plenty of shopping facilities for your daily groceries, several restaurants and a doctor's office. Here you will also find a tourist office where you can get useful tips for your vacation. A hiking trail from the house leads you directly to the Öztal Alpine world with its rustic mountain huts. Here you can make several hikes of all different levels of difficulty. But also for the winter sports enthusiast, the Schwalbenstadl is a wonderful place to stay. The various ski areas such as Hoch Zeiger, Pitztallergletscher and Hoch Oetz are easily accessible from the house. At 150m from the house runs a daily free ski bus, which can take you to various ski areas.
