The 50 square meter house with its house terrace and the lower forest area from the entrance up to the house level is at your sole disposal. The house is divided into a small separate bedroom with a double bed. Apart from the bathroom, the rest of the house consists of an open-plan living room with a couch corner (pull-out sofa bed), a kitchen corner, a dining area with a large table and a small office/desk corner with another sofa bed. In the low attic there is a dormitory with 3 beds. The upper forest property including a large forest terrace can be booked for private use by arrangement. For the firewood we ask for a donation depending on use. The property is not suitable for small children due to unsecured stairs and terraces!

The house with a total of 3300 square meters of forest land is located in a small secluded weekend house area "Großes Eppental", about one kilometer behind Hausen, a district of Bad Dürkheim. It is an ideal place for wonderful walks and a relaxing retreat into nature! The property is situated on a hillside and offers several levels of seating or relaxation in a deck chair with views of the trees, forests and mountains. Many hiking excursions directly from the house, e.g. Limburg monastery ruins (35 min.), Hardenburg castle ruins (30 min.), huts for refreshments, the small spa town of Bad Dürkheim with cafes and culture. Free parking in the forest parking lot in front of the property. Shopping in 5 min. by car, bus stop 15 min. on foot.
