Welcome to our nature house! Unique to this cozy wooden cottage is that you have no less than 6600m2 of natural land at your disposal (fenced, so a feast for dogs!) A private bird paradise. Forest, pond, field, orchard, birds and all other animals living on the property welcome you. Sniff nature and relax. Whether with a barbecue, a fire in the brazier or a game on the veranda. Or dreaming away from the hammock. Outside is an oasis of green. Inside are all the comforts. Such as bedding, towels, wifi, central heating, washer and dryer and open kitchen with dishwasher. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Layout bedrooms: a spacious bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with bedstead of 190 cm long + a bed of 180 cm and a cozy sleeping loft with double bed (or 2x1 person). The cottage is ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

It is almost unbelievable that you drive from the A18 motorway to the nature house in only five minutes. And that you can cycle to the station or the center of Varsseveld in ten minutes! Accessible via a small dirt road, the nature house offers ample parking for 2-3 cars. And on the property are two bikes for rent to explore the area. Varsseveld has a wide range of supermarkets, stores, cafes and the necessary eateries. The property is located between agricultural plots used mainly for corn and grassland. On the neighbor's land are sometimes some cows that come here for their peace and quiet! The Veenweg where the house is located is a through road for some daily traffic and tractors. Besides birds you can hear depending on the wind also the traffic on the N18. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful walks and bike rides to make.
