This stuga is a typical red cottage located in the middle of the Glaskogen nature reserve. The nature house has 2 bedrooms, one of which can be adjusted as needed (either double bed or 2 single beds or single bed and crib). There is also a comfortable 2-person sofa bed in the room. The kitchen is modern and equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. etc. The stuga is heated with underfloor heating and possibly in spring and autumn can be heated with the available tiled stove. The TV has 2 options, 1. via apps, eg nlziet, svtplay, nuvrt etc. or 2. via the antenna for Swedish TV. In the stuga are several games and DVDs available for both small children and adults. There are also children's books, nature books and books about the environment.

Glaskogen Nature Reserve is a 28,000 hectare nature reserve with meandering watercourses, large and small lakes and vast forests. Glaskogen offers some of the best hiking in Värmland, with up to 300 km of trails in various lengths. From short trips, to long weekly trips without having to do the same route twice. The trails are well marked in orange and with signs at intersections. Along the trails are windbreaks, overnight cabins and picnic areas. For safety, you should still bring your own tent for the night if the huts and windbreaks are already occupied. If you are interested in paddling, there are beautiful canoe trails that go through several of the preserve's nearly 80 lakes with great fishing opportunities and unique nature experiences. Biking on the small gravel roads that look past lakes and through forests provides a total nature experience with opportunities to see wildlife.
